Frequently Asked Questions

Can the location be outdoors?

Yes, often the best photos are outside and I can advise you on the best time to have the photo shoot depending on the time of year and the location you choose. All seasons are accommodated!

Do I have to pay a deposit?

After your consultation meeting, I ask for a 25% non-refundable deposit with the remaining balance to be paid after the photo shoot. Once you have viewed your photos online and selected your favourites, all you have to do is pay the remaining balance and then you will be able to download your high resolution images.

How many photos are included in the packages?

In the standard package, you will be able to choose 20 high resolution downloadable images. With the Premium package, you will be able to choose 50 high resolution downloadable images. Any additional images are available at separate costs.

How long will I be able to access my photos?

Your online photo album will be accessible via a password which is available for 7 days after the photo shoot. However, if you wish to spend longer choosing your photographs, just get in touch and I can issue a new password. .

What if I have to cancel?

I am happy to rearrange photo shoots but I do ask that you give me at least 48 hours notice before the original booking date and time. If you do have to cancel the photo shoot altogether, the 25% deposit is non-refundable.
